Born in 1991, I graduated from the Faculty of Communication at Istanbul University with a degree in Radio, Television and Cinema. Before entering the real estate industry, I spent nearly a decade in the media sector, working as a Production Manager on national and international commercial film projects.

Throughout my career, I learned how to bring together multidisciplinary teams, accurately analyze client needs, identify the right locations, and manage complex operations with careful planning and precision. Today, these experiences form the foundation of my approach to real estate consultancy.

For me, real estate consultancy is about much more than facilitating a property transaction. It means being a trusted advisor during what may be one of the most significant financial and lifestyle decisions people make in their lives.

With this philosophy, I primarily focus on the Feneryolu neighborhood of Kadıköy. As both a resident and someone who truly appreciates the area, I value its excellent transportation network, vibrant social life, strong neighborhood culture, and ongoing urban transformation, all of which create exceptional opportunities for both families and investors. I also closely follow the Caddebostan and Fenerbahçe neighborhoods, enabling me to provide clients with a broader regional perspective.

My areas of expertise include newly completed residential developments, mid- to upper-segment lifestyle properties, urban transformation projects, investment-oriented real estate, and portfolio management.

I believe that every property and every client has a unique story. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I take the time to understand each client's goals and develop tailored marketing and consultancy strategies that best serve their needs.

My professional principles are built on transparent communication, regular updates, data-driven analysis, ethical business practices, and long-term relationships founded on trust. After all, building trust is more valuable to me than closing a sale.

My long-term goal is to specialize in real estate investment consultancy, portfolio management, upper-segment residential properties, urban transformation, and family housing consultancy, creating lasting value for my clients.

Outside of work, I believe in the importance of discipline and continuous self-improvement. I am an active triathlete and have a keen interest in technology, economics, investing, and communication. Staying informed and constantly learning allows me to continue growing both personally and professionally.

Throughout my career, one principle has remained constant: bringing the right people together with the right solutions. Today, I carry that same philosophy into real estate, striving to build long-term relationships based on trust and to become a reliable partner throughout my clients' real estate journey.
